This new construction single-family home in Hideout sits on an uphill lot with views across Jordanelle Reservoir to Deer Valley and Mount Timpanogos.  The prescriptive HOA guidelines tested iterations of design for this site.  But the goal and result has always been to provide indoor/outdoor living on the Upper Level deck and Lower Level patio.  This 2-level version features 4 bedroom suites and a double height space that visually connects upper and lower living and entertaining areas.
