Warehouse Conversion

Process Studio was invited to develop conceptual ideas for the conversion of an existing warehouse in downtown Salt Lake. A concrete structure with a second floor open-plan, we imagine a number of possibilities: a creative and collaborative co-working space, a signature restaurant or brewery, a flagship retail space or new class-a office space. With the marketing materials we provided, the Owner is now in search of the perfect tenant (or tenants) to turn one of these ideas a reality.
