This 20-unit new-construction apartment project in Provo is located on what was formerly three individual single-family parcels.  Just blocks from the BYU campus, this site is in the heart of student and family housing.  Pedestrian access to the site occurs at a partially covered entry plaza with adjacent bike storage for residents.  Beyond this public threshold is a shared pedestrian and drive court leading to the building entries and covered parking stalls.  The living space exterior wall in each 1-bedroom unit has been angled slightly out of plane to create a dynamic streetscape with outdoor patios and balconies.  Additional parking and building services are located at the southern part of the site.
