An existing Tudor-style home in an established neighborhood, it was in need of additional space and an update to the interior design. The solution was to preserve the historic street presence and create a modern addition that embraces the rear yard. Both 1-story and 2-story solutions options were explored. The floor plans are re-arranged to create an open Kitchen/Living/Dining experience with new stair and Master Suite on the Main Level. The Basement is expanded to accommodate 2 Bedrooms and a small Rec Room.
