In an increasingly densifying urban center, this townhouse typology was envisioned as an opportunity to provide residents with private yards—an amenity typically only available to detached, single-family residences. Inspired by British typologies of the same name, The Mews is a series of townhomes which back onto a shared courtyard and driveway.
