This new-construction mixed-use project will feature prominently on a downtown corner lot that functions as an critical node between established civic and commercial uses on adjacent streets.  Conceived as the natural bookend to other businesses filling the block, the Street Level will house a commercial tenant or restaurant.  The Second Level will be Offices, the Third and Fourth Levels will be a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments with outdoor balconies set into an established rhythm of bays.  The massing, materials, and details take cues from the adjacent historic buildings and surrounding neighborhood.
