Just a few blocks from Liberty Park, this single-story early 1900’s bungalow needed updates and more space to complement its stellar location. The solution was to reconfigure the Main Level floor plan and then create additions to the side and rear to increase Bedrooms and enhance privacy in an Upper Level Primary Bedroom Suite. Extending the hip roof ties the existing home into the new addition and makes a respectful transition to the taller volume.
