This 27,000 square foot mixed-use building will be the centerpiece of a multi-phase 15+ building residential development in Lansing, New York.  The ground level features a Community Health/Fitness Club, Micro-Mart, Lounge, Lobby/Gallery, Food Truck Dock, and Rental Office/Suite.  The upper levels have 10 apartments each, a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.  Sited adjacent to the main driveway into the development, the community center is both an icon and resource for the community.
