Logan Avenue Addition

After renovating their kitchen in this early 1900’s bungalow near 15th and 15th, the owners have started a second phase of addition/renovation to provide a proper Primary Bedroom Suite and improve the exterior deck and patios.  Two solutions are being considered.  One option is a single-story rear addition with primary bedroom and full basement below (and potentially two additional bedrooms).  The other is a two-story version with the primary bedroom above and expanded covered deck below.
