Layton Midtown

Layton Midtown is a multi-family project consisting of 28 townhouse units. Sitting on 1-1/3 acres, the development hosts a mix of two- and three-bedroom units in two-story and three-story configurations. Rather than expressing each townhouse individually on the facade, this modern adaptation of a common typology blurs the lines of adjacent units with generous balconies and color-blocked materials to create a cohessive community fit for an urban scale.
