McClelland Street Addition + Garage/ADU

This early 1900’s Dutch Colonial in an established neighborhood required an update and addition to support the family’s space needs.  The solution was to reconfigure all of the existing Main Level living spaces and then expand into a 3-story addition that includes Primary Bedroom Suite, Kitchen/Dining, and additional Bedrooms.  A new, central stair connects all three levels of existing and new.  The exterior composition is an extension of the existing roof lines with some modern touches to provide more daylight, view, and connection to a small, outdoor deck and patio.  The project also includes a replacement detached 1-Car Garage with Accessory Dwelling Unit.
