Bryan Avenue Residence

This gut renovation of a cottage home in the Sugarhouse neighborhood of Salt Lake created a modern, custom environment within a vintage shell. By analyzing the existing conditions, and carefully  manipulating the existing floor plan, we were able to provide the home with modern amenities – an open kitchen and living area, a master suite, a separate family room and den – without additions or significant exterior changes.
